• Items purchased from our Ready to Ship collection may be returned within 14 days of purchase (excluding earrings). Returns for these items will be processed as store credit or exchange only.
• Please allow 1-3 business for your order to be shipped from our ready to ship collection. If there are any delays, we will contact you. 
• Domestic orders will be shipped using Express Post through Australia Post. 
• International orders will be shipped using DHL Express.

• Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh cleaning chemicals, chlorline & perfumes.
• Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or doing household chores to prevent damage.

We use premium gemstones and diamonds and focus on sustainability by recycling all metal offcuts, which helps us minimize waste.
