Please allow 1-3 business for your order to be shipped from our ready to ship collection. If there are any delays, we will contact you. 

Our made to order collection will be shipped promptly once the piece is completed. Typically, this process takes between 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and specifics of the order. We will keep you informed of your orders progress throughout this time frame.

Yes, we do! We ship Internationally via DHL Express. We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or charges on incoming parcels for exchange, return, or repair. These costs are the sender's responsibility.

For international orders, we remove the Australian GST component of the price.

The recipient will need to pay any applicable duties and taxes for the country into which the item is being imported.

For items valued over $1,000, we recommend adding insurance as we are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Please reach out to our team after your purchase to arrange insurance, and we’ll provide you with a quote for the extra cost.

Orders from our ready to ship collection will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. A tracking number will be provided to you via email once it has shipped.

Bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before purchase. Each piece is individually handcrafted just for you, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. More info in our Terms & Conditions.

For items from our Ready to Ship collection, returns are accepted within 14 days (excluding earrings). Returns will be processed as store credit or exchanges only, and the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. To arrange a return, please contact us at hello@tyrapaydon.com.

• Lab-created gemstones are manufactured rapidly in laboratories, mimicking natural formation using advanced technologies. These gemstones have a lower environmental impact, are more ethical since they don’t involve mining, and are generally more affordable.

Pure gold is too soft for everyday wear, so its mixed with other metals to enhance its strength and durability.

18ct gold is composed of 75% pure gold and 25% alloy, contributing to its higher price point. 

9ct gold is composed of 37.5% pure gold and 62% alloy. The alloy typically includes a mix of copper and silver, which gives it the characteristic yellow colour.

Yes we do! We love the sentiment and can customise something perfect for you. 

However, we can only repurpose your existing gemstones and are unable to use any supplied metals. We need to assess whether your gemstones are suitable first. Please complete our bespoke inquiry form.
