Return Policy
Bespoke & Made to order pieces
We cannot accept refunds for bespoke or made to order items. Please make sure to review all details before placing your order. Each piece is individually handcrafted just for you, so we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Ready to ship
Items purchased from our Ready to Ship collection may be returned within 14 days of purchase (excluding earrings). Returns for these items will be processed as store credit or exchange only (excluding postage fees). The item must be returned unworn, undamaged/altered, and in its original box/packaging. Warranty
We thoroughly inspect and package each piece to ensure it’s in perfect condition before shipping. Please keep in mind that because each piece is handcrafted and unique, there may be slight variations in gemstone colour and natural imperfections from the crafting process. We do not offer returns for minor differences.
If your piece of jewellery breaks or a stone falls out due to a craftsmanship issue within the first year of wear, we will repair or replace it at no charge after evaluating. This does not include chipped/cracked gemstones, or broken chains. If you experience any damage, please stop wearing and contact us immediately.
Shipping
Domestic orders will be shipped using Express Post through Australia Post.
International orders will be shipped using DHL Express.
For items valued over $1,000, we recommend adding insurance as we are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Please reach out to our team after your purchase to arrange insurance, and we’ll provide you with a quote for the extra cost.
We are not responsible for any taxes, duties or charges on incoming parcels for exchange, return, or repair. These costs are the sender's responsibility.
Repairs
Free repairs are offered for items with craftsmanship issues identified within the first year. Repairs for damage occurring after one year or due to normal wear and tear will incur a fee. Craftsmanship issues do not cover broken or snapped chains, lost or damaged gemstones, dents or scratches, metal oxidation or bent rings.
Resizing
For incorrect sizing supplied by a client, a resizing fee of $90 will be applied.
For incorrect sizing by us, we will resize the ring for you at no additional cost.
We can only resize rings within 2-3 sizes, and some ring styles cannot be resized at all.
Bespoke
Deposits
For bespoke pieces, a 50% non-refundable deposit is needed to start your order, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. If you cancel after paying the deposit, it will not be refunded. Once the deposit is made, changes of mind for custom orders cannot be accepted.
Quotes
Quotes given through email or over the phone are valid for 28 days from the issue date. Prices may be adjusted after this date due to changes in material costs.
In the rare event that an incorrect price is listed online or quoted for a bespoke piece due to a genuine error, we reserve the right to refund your payment and cancel the sale.
Valuations
We offer valuations for your order, which is particularly useful for insurance purposes with special items such as engagement and wedding rings. Our valuations are priced at $150 AUD and include a certificate.
