Tyra Paydon uses the Australian/New Zealand ring sizing system which uses a scale of letters.If you are unsure about your size, you can use a piece of string, paper or measuring tape to measure your finger and determine an inner circumference value Once you have the measurement, use the below chart to match the measurement to the closest Australia size.

• Our made to order collection will be shipped promptly once the piece is completed. Typically, this process takes between 4 to 8 weeks. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information
• Items purchased from our Ready to Ship collection may be returned within 14 days of purchase (excluding earrings). Returns for these items will be processed as store credit or exchange only.
• Please allow 1-3 business for your order to be shipped from our ready to ship collection. If there are any delays, we will contact you. 
• Domestic orders will be shipped using Express Post through Australia Post. 
• International orders will be shipped using DHL Express.

• Avoid exposing your jewellery to harsh cleaning chemicals, chlorline & perfumes.
• Remove jewellery before swimming, exercising, or doing household chores to prevent damage.
